  • This program contains a blend of strength training and hypertrophy-focused workouts designed to help build lean muscle.

  • Yes, it will. The goal of this program is to help you completely flip the script on how you’ve been treating your body. By simply cleaning up your diet and following our carefully designed routine, you’ll start seeing real changes—both on the scale and in the mirror.

  • Absolutely not. You'll get a sustainable nutrition guide, sample meals, portion tips, and a no-nonsense approach to eating better-without giving up your social life and sanity. 

  • This program starts off with 4 days a week for the first half and then reduced to 3 days a week for the second half.

  • Workouts typically range from 45-60 minutes per session.

  • Life happens. Use the “Home Workout Split” to train the same muscle groups when you can’t make it to the gym. Then pick up with the next gym workout the following day. This program works with your life, not against it.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

TIME COMMITMENT: This is a full 8-week program with 3–4 workouts per week, each lasting 45–60 minutes. Consistency is key to getting the most out of it.

COMMERCIAL GYM: This program contains a wide range of exercises from using dumbbells to machines. You can find all necessary equipment at your local gym.

GROCERY LIST BASICS: Includes a basic grocery list, full nutrition plan, and simple, on-the-go meal ideas built for busy dads.

DUMBBELLS AT HOME (OPTIONAL): We recommend having 1–2 pairs of dumbbells at home—a heavy set for main exercises and a lighter set for accessory work. If you don’t have dumbbells, we’ve included a list of household items you can use as alternatives.
